Puppy Love
This is a fun coming-of-age romance. It brought back memories my first (puppy) love during High School. It has all the "drama" and feelings you want from a book like this one. I loved the ending!

Short, relatable, and emotional
Being a fan of L.J. now for years, I kind of feel like I danced around whether or not this was HER story or not. In any case, the story is very very relatable, especially for those of us who were around in the days of ICQ. *giggle* I laughed, I cried, I was pissed off. It was a fantastic read and an enjoyable listen. I know that people were expecting the usual from L.J. and that's where the reviews are getting hung up, but c'mon! It says right in the description that it's based on a true story. It's going to be a departure from her normal works. All in all, I do recommend it.

Kinda depressing
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was free & relatively short, so I figured why not?
I found it kind of depressing, honestly. It does have a happy ending, but it was just kind of sad overall.

I loved everything about this book!!
I very rarely give all the stars!! But this book although shorter then I normally enjoy was really great. It’s come of age story that didn’t at all go the direction I expected. I was just looking for a fast book that I didn’t have to think much about and instead I found an amazing book that I am pretty sure I could read again (which is super rare for me as well) I like it that much I am going to check out a whole lot more of this author and narrators again!! Give rush really sweet coming of age story a chance!
