Good Basic Introduction to Probate
This is a great place to start for anyone interested in Probate Real Estate. The author does a good job sharing the advantages and basics of the process. Definitely not going to be a turn-key review, but should help the new investor decide if this niche is worth additional study.

Very informative book!
Jeff did a great job of writing a book that is easy to understand for rookies like myself. I've listened to it twice so far and plan to use it as a resource as I build my wholesaling EMPIRE! It is such an easy and quick read. Thank you, Jeff, for helping me get on my way.

Excellent guide to learn about Probate Real Estate Investing
No fluff, straight to the point, and definitely worth the money to get this audiobook. I can’t wait to put this to use. I will definitely get more of his books.
