I have never read a book like this. I was really nervous about the darkness, and as I continue in the series, I'm just as nervous.
THIS.DID.NOT.DISAPPOINT
it has everything, sometimes too much of everything. I hope as the series continues the characters share their thoughts more with each other, but I get why that is a huge deal to these characters.

Avalon is legit top FMC. She is so well done. Something Lucy Smoke does is keeps her characters true to themselves. Avalon is my hero. I want to be her when I grow up. She is probably my number one FMC if I could tie her with Aelin Galathynius. I support Avalon's rights and more importantly her wrongs and her revenge. I am a Lucy Smoke FAN!
