Great narration, I was new to these narrators and two authors' work and really enjoyed this whisper synched version, and highly recommend the book and audio Although the book has an HEA Iam Very glad to see there is a book 2 since I enjoyed this one so much!

So cute and sweet!

This was a really cute and sweet light-hearted read! Iggy Toma and Alexander Cendese are 2 of my favorite narrators, I love when they work together. Alexander's Foster was so good- I like how he can go from tough/confident to sweet and cajoling. Iggy's narration of Zach was done well, he has a good voice for the more hesitant/unsure characters.

I love how this story combined a couple of my favorite tropes- brother's best friend and the awkward "nerd" and the jock- I always forget how fun that combo can be! And with Foster and Zach, it was delightful. I enjoyed how Foster teased Zach. There's a fine line between teasing and making fun, and Foster knew just how far to go before he stepped over that line! Zach was so cluelessly adorable. I loved how protective Seth was of his best friend, but I liked seeing Zach step out of his comfort zone with Foster, and how Foster didn't coddle him. They were so sweet together.

I'm looking forward to reading the other books in this series!

This was a cute story wish they got more into the MCs trauma but it still was a good story.

Wonderful Love Story

I love how Foster is an out and proud jock! I don't know if there are these type of love stories for teens and younger kids, but I hope someone can create them if they haven't already 💖

So So Sweet!

Ah!! Classic Jock and the nerdy guy, but so much better than that! This book is sweet and sexy and swoony. I love that you can feel the emotions of these characters. The amount of second hand embarrassment I felt was hilarious. Great start to this series! I absolutely loved the narrators. They are two of my favorites!

Perfect Voices For This Nerd/jock Duo

Just finished listening to the audiobook. I already loved Iggy Toma from having listened to Wrath but Alexander Cendese was new to be and he is amazing! Perfect voice for the athletic and outgoing Foster. Great audiobook all around! I love a nerd/jock story and this is one of my faves.

Sweet story and great narration

There’s a soft spot in my heart for nerd/jock stories and this one delivers in the best of ways. Zach is socially awkward, doesn’t understand people, and wears superhero underwear. He’s also had a crush on his best friend’s brother for a while.

Foster is the captain of the college hockey team and has a bit of a reputation for sleeping around. His brother asks him to look out for Zach since Zach had just started attending Foster’s college. The more time he spends with Zach, the harder it is for him to hold back his attraction to him.

The narrators brought the characters to life well, capturing the personalities perfectly. A few times, the way the dialogue was said didn’t quite match how it was supposed to be but for the most part, they did a great job.
