I feel healthy already

Just the book i was looking for. There is so much in this book to help me become a naturally healthy person from taking the simple herbs and spices i can get from my local grocery store. This is a naturalists dream book here.

There's a goldmine in your spice rack!

I had no idea how some of the herbs I already have in my spike rack are effecting me. Some of the ones I rarely use need to make it to the forefront! The medicinal uses of these herbs was really surprising to say the least! Looking back I can see what I felt great eating certain meals, it’s the spices! I’m definitely going to be trying out some new recipes and putting these herbs to work for natural health boosting!

Herbal awesome!

I’ve always had an interest in learning more about medicinal herbs but felt overwhelmed by the countless publications regarding the subject. This audio book made it so easy for me to really get acquainted with the subject. The author does a great job of explaining the nutritional and health benefits of many different herbs and spices which can easily play a role in promoting and maintaining good health. I like that the suggested uses provided here are backed up by modern research. Great herbal start up book!

It was both informative and helpful.

With the current health crisis, I selected this book to learn how to strengthen my immune system. I am a firm believer in the healing power of plants. The book reminds me how important it is to use them. It's great to see beneficial spices like cinnamon, turmeric, and clove included. The narrator's voice is also clear and appropriate for the subject.

Very inspiring audiobook

Herbs are used for medical purposes by my family more often than usual drugs. I still use herbs when I catch some virus and most often it is all I need to get my health back. I found this book useful because it provides systematic information about specific medical herbs and how to use them. I was surprised that spices can be used not only to make your meal better taste but also improve your health.

Very informative and helpful home remedies

Potent Medicinal Herbs and Spices covers in detail common herbs and their benefits. I've always been a fan of spices such as ginger and turmeric to heal the body's digestive system and migraines. However, I had no idea how helpful cinnamon for fat loss.

Who Knew!

This short and concise volume delivers the information I was looking for in an easy listening experience. The narrator was excellent. The information on all of the uses of these herbs and spices was complete and they even suggested easy ways to incorporate using them into your everyday routine. The good part is that almost all of these are easy to find in your local store. I will definitely be adding Hibiscus tea and a fresh ginger serving (they made it sound so good) into my weekend routine. Definitely worth a listen if you ever wanted to get back to using more natural ways of handling everyday ailments.

Very Rich Content

I enjoy using herbs and believe in their ability to help us. I use chamomile about 3 times a week just for the advertised fact that it calms, this book gave me more in-depth information about this herb that raised my confidence and encouraged me to keep using it. I have definitely written down the garlic recipe and will add hibiscus tea to my list. Thank you for putting all this valuable information together. I definitely recommend this book.

Very well written book

I am a big fan of alternative medicine.
The narrator was very easy to listen to and the book had a good flow to it.
