The stories were great

Loved the concept of Possibilities and considering that there’s a 3rd side to explore. But it can only be manifested when you take a step back or head to the balcony.

Find a balcony

When I started this book it seemed to lack energy. Once I got into I appreciated the calmness of the presentation and the clarity of what was being talked about.
This book and its teachings will forever be in my mind and help me pause, something I’m not good at, take a view from the balcony before acting or speaking.

Excellent Book

As always, William Ury does not disappoint This is an excellent book for anyone and everyone interested in peace.

Insightful and inspiring

Loved that Bill read it himself. His recollection of his own stories and the lessons he learned in international and personal conflicts were insightful and inspiring. I’ve read most of his books and have used them to teach Negotiations and mediation. He’s a masterful negotiator and mediator- hope he can help with Israel and the Palestinians and Hamas. I consider him my guru. I took his and Roger Fisher’s training at Harvard 30 plus years ago. Wonderful 🌺
