This book is meant to help the reader better understand themselves and the people around them. The 1st book's main idea is getting us to let go of bias so that we can better see what people are saying, trying to get us to do, etc.

Use the knowledge within these pages to control other people or learn how to defend yourself and keeps from being controlled. There are examples of controlling and being controlled. Wouldn’t it be nice to be a mind reader? You may not learn to read minds, but you can learn to read body language which is the closest thing.
