Enjoyed it very much and takes the fear or insecurities out of following Real Estate Sales as a second career. This retired Firefighter has been motivated by this fine, concise, and short primer of what it takes to succeed in Real Estate Sales.

This single course is the best
I am full time real estate Test Prep, taking this audio book for further education. The course structure is very well organized, easy to follow, theory with practice. Highly recommended. It's critical to quickly identify if a deal is good or bad, how to measure the return accurately.
