Publisher's summary

Are you desperate to help your teen escape the mental torment you can see them lost in right now?

Do you want to figure out how to navigate your teen years and make them the best of your life?

Being a teenager in the digital age isn’t easy, especially given the constant streams of contradictory information you’re subjected to online. The problem is that before you know it, you can go down a rabbit hole, start massively overthinking and lose your sense of self in a sea of worry that just gets deeper and deeper. What you need is a natural reset that allows you to break free, feel comfortable being yourself, and find lasting inner peace. The problem is that this is easier said than done, until now because…you can defeat overthinking and give your mind the time and space you need to process who you are and how you actually feel. There’s no shame in admitting you need a little help and redirection; it’s actually one of the bravest things you can do when everyone around you is dismissing the problem.

Amazing learning experience

Teens today are emotionally troubled because of the negative effects of digital media. They can't find contentment in life and focus on what they don't have. In return, they feel restless and disappointed. This audio must be shared to every teen so they won't overthink and instead focus on making themselves better.

Changed the way I see my kids

I have 3 kids, all who are on their teen years. Yes, it's definitely hard dealing with them most of the time since they are in their vulnerable phase. This audiobook is a good resource that helped me understand each of my kids better. It changed the way I see them and made me become a more empathetic parent.

Worried parent no more

The pandemic hit everyone hard especially teenagers. Imagine they are at the stage of their lives wherein they are trying to figure out themselves but they suddenly felt trapped and restricted for more than 2 years. I was also worried as a parent seeing my teen daughter having a hard time coping. We listened to this together and it brought relief.

So glad about this

I extremely feel glad about this audiobook. Finding it is coincidental but taking time to finish this is a good decision on my part. I often feel misunderstood, so I overthink about not being wanted. With this audiobook, I have learned to communicate better instead of bottling up my negative feelings.

Satisfied listener

Teens these days are more prone to emotional disturbance because they have the tendency to compare their lives with others. As a teacher, I make it a point to help them see their unique qualities and blessings. They can gain these and more from this audio.

Great guide for teens

Teens of today's generation need more guidance because of too much exposure from digital media. They often feel not enough, and it's my biggest worry as a parent. I bought this audio for my two teens, so they can be reminded of how awesome they are and how unique their successes are. This one's a great guide for teens.
