Compact and to the point. Any general tarot reader could begin reading runes after an agile run through this great audiobook. So, if you are embarking on your runic "journey" this guide, I feel would make an excellent companion.

Norse Magic for Beginners

It had sections for background knowledge before getting to a brief yet informational description of unique runes. The rune varieties are not so long as to get boring but relax enough that you understand the...purpose behind them. I also liked the means listed at the end for further knowledge on runes and Norse beliefs.

I love this book

I love this book. Just becoming interested in the Norse and being a beginner, this book is easy to understand and well written. Gives you a small detailed history (which is so intriguing)and then tells you the meanings of the Runes and advice on where else to go for more information. I would definitely recommend this book.

I highly advise this for anyone, new or experienced with the Norse Magic. I hope she would go further into Bind Runes or even give an entire book to it for further account. The gods bless her!

Mechanical sounding voice.

The information in this book is great. The explanation of the gods, and the current practices of Heathens was pretty much what I expected. Where I got disappointed was in the narration. It sounds like a computer generated auto-reader. Please find someone to actually narrate this with proper pronunciation, and vocal inflections. This person, if indeed it is a person, is not cut out for this type of read.

I got this audiobook very essential in supporting me along my journey. It is written in the simple-to-follow language and following the idea of thinking one rune per day is very helpful.
