Great content

The creator must have devoted a considerable amount of time on creating this book. In my opinion, it was simply one of those audio books you can not avoid. You should not dismiss it, since it is one of the best available. I might become repetitive here, but that's simply how I think about it.

Not bad

Not bad at all. I liked the topics. I thought they were well explained, and the whole thing just came together nicely.

Our brains matter

I learned so much from this book. I especially cared about the amygdala. The other things were either applicable to some people or not, but the amygdala applies to all of us. We all have one, and it's useful to know what it does.

Since I know someone...

Someone who has anorexia has told me how hard it is. There are books for it, and this book is an excellent guide. The other topics were also interesting, nonetheless. Thank you for putting this together.

Nice

Great information. I know that sounds cliche, but I actually did enjoy the information in here. It's different from other books about the same topic, but the few subtopics are clearly outlined in the subtitle and description, so I wasn't surprised, just impressed.
