Publisher's summary

Synesthesia is a neurological condition that makes you combine senses. For example, you might hear clinking spoons, and it makes you see golden stars. Learn what causes this condition, how to notice signs, and how to verify whether you have it or not. This condition doesn’t sound so bad - it sounds like a beautiful way to view the world, but it isn’t always sunshine and rainbows. There are a number of disadvantages that come with it. Synesthesia has many different classifications, and you can have more than that one. This audiobook will increase your knowledge of this fascinating condition while also teaching you how to help kids who have it.

This guide will also teach you about hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy has a long history permeated with various myths and realities. This will teach you how to tell apart fact from fiction. Learn what actually happens during hypnosis. Typical conditions treated are bad habits, including smoking, stress, anxiety, depression, weight gain, low self-esteem, and getting rid of phobias.

Neurology practitioners of this science are neurologists. They are doctors who treat diseases of the nervous system. There are many different professions when it comes to neurology. Learn what they are and learn about conditions that force you to see one.

Awesome

Things like this show me that I can be smart. I mean, don't get me wrong, but sometimes, when all of society is telling you the opposite because of some IQ test, you can turn to one of these books and learn more about how the brain is really structured. And then you'll realize how things really are. There is so much useful information in this. I think everyone should learn more about how we think (because we all think a certain way, and there are similarities).

Nice

This book has a lot of things in there that I had yet to learn. It's a great source of information for those who want to learn more about the brain, about neurons, and all that stuff.

Nice

I liked it. I don't have a lot to say about it, but there are definitely some facts in there I hadn't heard of. The human brain is a mysterious (and important) part of our everyday lives, and determines our future. It's nice to see (or listen to) books that highlight the most essential aspects.
