A great sequel
I love the Cormoran Strike books. It’s great that JKR is showing just how great a writer she is. Just like in HP, she’s able to weave together many different narrative threads to make a totally compelling story
My ONLY complaint is in this and C.C. there’s a good chunk of the book where the writer feels out of the loop from the narrator and characters. But the story is too interesting to stop!

Good
I like this book but it was very long. I feel that it could’ve been a little bit shorter and some of the descriptions of things could’ve been left out. I didn’t feel that stuff that was being described in the book was more like a filler than anything that had to do with the plot of the book. I really like Robin and strike. Those two seem to work well together and I like the fact that he’s giving her more things to do than just being his secretary. i’m definitely looking forward to reading the next book in the series.

Incredible narration!
Like the other books in this series, the story is extremely good with rich characters and mind-holding plot and action.
The narrator is one of my favorites and incredibly good. He captures the characters and their personalities perfectly and moves seamlessly between them. You feel as if different actors are doing different parts and can visualize the characters from their voices. Very impressive!

The Narrater Is Amazing & Does A Great Job With Different Characters Voices. Although The Authors True Identity Is Still Unknown To Most Of The General Public( Robert Galbraith Is J.K. Rowlings{Harry Potter} Pen Name) All You Have To Do Is Read One Of The CB Strike( The Detective In This Series) Novels & You See How COMPLETELY ENGROSSING The Author Is; NO MATTER What Name SHE/HE Goes By!!!

Love Strike and cannot stand Robin
If only the character Robin would be mature and less selfish, the novels would be 5 stars! She is so unlikeable, I find myself hoping her character will disappear. Maybe after she marries Matthew Robin will disappear from Strike’s life for good.
The narrator is the BEST NARRATOR EVER!
