Very well written

This was my first King and Maxwell listen and I am now a fan. Have always enjoyed Baldacci books and this serious is now a favorite.

Split Second will keep you guessing until the very end. My husband and I shared theories throughout. Parts he had right and others I did. It’s an excellent listen!!!

great story

It was a fast paced story with no breaks between scenes. You are reading about King and the next paragraph you are in Maxwell's scene.

There were a lot of characters involved also. By the end I pretty much just gave up trying to remember who so and so was and went with the flow.

Great duo

I love these two characters and Scott Brick can make the phone book interesting. I love Baldacci's books and King and Maxwell are great together. I'm looking forward to the next one!!

I like David Baldacci a lot and this was a good book which had an interesting plot.

Great story

The pauses between the chapters are a bit long and I kept thinking that the app on my phone had crashed again. Otherwise no problems and a excellent story with likeable main characters.

Too much profanity

I would have preferred less profanity, it was not needed to convey the suspense. Otherwise, good story and performance.

A bit predictable

The story has its twists and turns, but is a bit more predictable than Baldacci's other books. But it is still a good listen.
