"A world-class nail-biter." (Lee Child)
No! I loved the first three audio books and would listen to them more than once, but they changed the narrator and she is horrible.
The narrator is so annoying and sounds like she is slurping something while she reads. She doesn't do the voices very well and is rather monotone.
Yes, the story is really good and the characters are captivating.
I am very disappointed that they switched narrators and will not be purchasing the rest of the series on audio.
I'm hooked on FB I thrillers to say the least. Authors like Allison Brennan just fuel my inner lust lol. I will read purchase any and all books bring Brennan enough said.
I love dark gritty thrillers, mystery, psychological, police procedural, and horror with the romance set at a minimum to none.
One of the better.
Kate is better than the original narrator. Kate's voice is stronger where the previous narrators voice too girly and feeble for a girl planning to be in the FBI.
Watch your back.
Great book, lots of good characters!
