Both stories featured in this novel were superb and the authors delivered in the style that readers who loved their novels are accustomed to. This was a really good and enjoyable read. A 5* read!
I didn't want the story to end, I was so lost in it that I hadn't realized I was done working for the night.
I didn't realize that these were two books disguised as one. The first book was just ok but the second book was TERRIBLE. Each book is about 2 or so hours. Total waste of my time and money. Very disappointing!!!
The woman who narrated the first story! Hard to listen to her.
Anything but her
How she got back with the guy who set her husband up
I've been an avid reader since I was a child. I love different types of writing styles and I am never afraid to try new authors.
After reading reviews on Kiki Swinson I was looking forward to her story but was very disapointed. I felt the plot was not realistic. What man would ask his woman to put her life in danger over a chancy heist? And why didn't he put the clues together sooner that there was an insider? And all the twists at the end seemed over the top to me.
I enjoyed the book by De'nesha Diamond much more. It felt more realistic and I didn't find myself zoning out during this book. It's not my favorite story of hers but it was the better of the two.
Overall, I don't know that I would reccomend this book to a friend.
ask me again when i've read it.
don't no yet,
