Hauntingly good!
Totally enjoyed this short story where our Lt Eve Dallas encounters something that pushes against her black & white view of things. But in the end, she handles the ghost in the good ole Lt. Eve Dallas feat that we know and love.

A little off
The story line was okay, but Susan was off reading on this one. Sometimes too fast, and sometimes the voices were just off. I hope it can be redone for those of us listening to the series.

Kind of Silly
What made the experience of listening to Haunted in Death the most enjoyable?
It was silly but fun...
What does Susan Ericksen bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
She is great - all the characters - one of the best readers.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Not really.
Any additional comments?
I read reviews and agree with others that this novella is not quite up to the usual standards, but I will give the author a break and creative license to enjoy a silly story and maybe she had fun. I didn't think it was the worst - anyway in following the series I don't want to miss anything...not sorry I read it.

Great Halloween week listen.
Loving the whole Eve Dallas series, sometimes the short novellas leave me wanting more. But this one was complete and fun to listen to. Susan Ericksen does a great job on the voices even the "ghost". So fun to listen to Peabody getting the willies.

Happy paranormal Halloween w Dallas, Peabody & Rourke
One of my favorite Halloween books, although this too-short novella needed more pages. I liked the paranormal elements, which challenged stubborn Dallas’ belief system.
