Murder in the parking lot

In the style of murder she wrote, this cozy mystery delivers what is promised. It’s a well written story brought to life by a good narrator.

A very cozy mystery

This book is a perfect example of why I have so many Meredith pot mysteries. I thought the cheesecake bar murders was my favorite book by this author, but now I have a new one. From the very beginning until the end it was awesome and of course Stephanie Quinn did a great job. And this one Daniels employee gets murdered and of course hope is on the case., But I have to mention at the very beginning there is a tear jerker when a woman named Debra gets reunited with her Datsun 60 miles from their home. It was a great way to start the book, but of course not all is well and hope swirl because as I said there was a murder and against her brother joe’s wishes hope gets involved and the fun begins. I recommend this to any cozy mystery fan it is so cute in hell funny moments not to mention excitement.

First book but both the last

This is the first book I have listened to from Meredith Potts and it won’t be the last. It was cute but still held my attention. I was still kind of surprised who done it, but I felt that it wrapped up way too easily.

Good read!

The opening is a beloved dachshund found and reunited with his human 70 miles away in Hope Hadley's animal shelter in Hollywood Florida after being lost in hurricane! The next thing is a call from Hope's boyfriend who is stunned and looking at his business neighbor's dead body in the alley behind the shops. Another difficulty is that the detective who is tasked with the investigation is Hope's brother who finds himself in need of police professional counselor. Then the sleuthing begins for Hope! Another excellent short story (and not just because of the dachshund!)!

Hope does it again!

Since the hurricane , things have been slowly rebuilding and this story starts out with a beautiful reunion of a dachshund and it’s owner! I love how Meredith Potts includes food and animals in her stories, they make the feeling more personal. Hope gets a call from her boyfriend, Daniel. He found his friend in the alley murdered! Now Hope and her brother are on the case. I love these cozies. Quirky suspects, everyone pointing fingers and Hope uses her amateur intuition to help solve the case. Another surprise ending and fun listen. Stephanie Quinn brings it all to life once again with her excellent narration.

One again Hope is on the job to solve a mystery. She is a special character, you just have to love her. The narrator made the story come alive.

Good Story & Narration

Amatuer sleuth Hope gets a call a friend of her boyfriend has been murdered behind the shops. Her brother is a cop and they investigate, unusual for civilian to ride along. She does have a knack for helping to solve. Giving us a cute story and good narration . Given audio for my voluntary review and my honest opinion

Thumbs up

I'm new to this author and these books but from my point of view I loved the story and the book and the narration they were all too notch. Was a fast listen but it was well written and gave you just the right amount of who done it to keep you on your toes. Loved it.

Small Towns

Really enjoyed this cute little cozy story. The narration was fantastic but the man's part to me it needs to be changed,it doesn't seem natural like the woman's part!It really is a great story!
