Love this series. Murder, add a little romance and humor, makes a great story line.

On a wild goose chase

Very good story and to make a good friend go through everything to prove her friend was innocent when in reality she was guilty for murdering someone. It was a very surprising ending and I enjoyed it!

Murder Hits Close to Home By: Meredith Potts

Hope and her fiance Daniel and Joe and his girlfriend are out having drinks. They're just enjoying life and time together. The next morning Hope has a sick feeling in her stomach and calls her brother. When he answers he tells her his girlfriend's sister is dead and it looks like murder. Now Hope and Joe have to find the murder and closure for Summer.
Stephanie Quinn is a fantastic narrator who brings life to each character.

Siblings investigating a murder together

Loved the book, and the narrator. What could be better than siblings investigating a murder together? Not much. You will enjoy it with a little twist on the fact that these are adults not teens like Hardy Boys. Lol. And it will be solved then there is a reward of baked goods.

This was a very entertaining listen!

I really enjoy Meridith Potts' work. Like usual, this was an entertaining listen with an excellent production. The storyline was well done and I must say that after several guesses, the murder came as quite a surprise to me. My review is very late (apologies to the author), but I've been spending more time listening than writing, If you are not familiar with Potts' work, I encourage you to try it - hard copy / ebook / or audible. This production was excellent.

A good quick read of a murder investigation

This is a good quick , clean read. Hope is pulled into a close, personal murder investigation. She has to interview many suspects but it is challenging as they are lying. The narration was good tone quality , easy to hear and listen to.I enjoyed Stephanie Wuinns narration and am looking forward to the next book

The killer was so stupid.

This quick audiobook was an enjoyable book to listen to. The time seemed to fly while I was doing my email. Hope and her brother are on the case and this one is very personal to them both. The killer was so stupid but you will not know who did it till the very end. Great job of writing and Stephanie Quinn did a great job as narrator. It is an audiobook I will enjoy for years to come!

Nice, quick, cozy mystery

This is a nice, quick, cozy mystery. The only distraction was the number of times "said" was used which probably wouldn't have been apparent just reading the book. It also seemed that Summer recovered a bit too quickly from Marley's murder. All in all, it was a pleasant way to spend an hour.

Too close to Hope, can she solve this one?

Once more in the world of Hope Hadley, I listened to this audiobook, following her journey again. This story involved the murder of a friend, making it harder for Hope to think straight. I enjoyed the telling of this story through the narration of Stephanie Quinn and the words of Meredith Potts.

I received a copy of this audiobook as a gift, and this is my unsolicited review.
