Delightful, light read

I adore the Mrs. Harris books! This one is just as charming as the others! The cast of characters is absolutely endearing. They are a delightful glimpse into their place and time, and people who try to do the right thing by one another.

Wonderful feel good story beautifully narrated

If you enjoyed Mrs. Harris goes to Paris and all the wonderful characters in the story, as well as the NY adventure of Mrs. Harris and those captivating characters, you will love Mrs. Harris Goes to Parliament. Although completely unbelievable, it is charming and the characters so love able and kind that you simply root for them. The story is the further adventures of the indomitable Mrs. Harris and her friends.
I will admit I enjoyed the storyline of the first two books a bit more, but this was still thoroughly enjoyable.

The narrator is wonderful, one of the rare talents who can convincingly read both male and female voices, do different accents and make you believe someone is high bred or common folk. She’s an absolute delight and I will look for more of her work.

This is a charming book that will cast a spell on you and leave you feeling better than when you began to read/listen to it.
