Good book

Listening to Barry can only do you good. He always has a good dose of optimism and positive mindset

Personal, yet very insightful

I often have my LinkedIn page up for work and Barry happens to be one of my connections. When I heard he published a book, I knew we were all in for a treat and about to witness something special.

You see, I grew up with Barry’s kids, Nicole and Daniel. I even went to the same college as both of them and studied business. We were practically neighbors. Barry Habib has always been a big name and someone that I looked up to, not only when I was younger, but well into my adulthood. I always admired the man for his humbleness, his financial road to success, but mostly for his willingness to always listen and offer great advice.

“Money in the Streets”, really sums it up perfectly. It’s a nice balance of personal experiences, business lessons and offers lots of self-help guidance that almost anybody can apply. Not just in a professional setting, but in a personal one too.

Just amazing

I recently had the pleasure of watching Barry for the first time at the NaMB in Orlando in January 2024. Immediately after his performance, I was compelled to purchase his audiobook. Initially, I believed it would be merely helpful, but to my surprise, it proved to be deeply inspirational. Throughout the audiobook, I found myself emotionally moved on numerous occasions. It offered me significant support in coping with fears that I, like many immigrants, commonly experience. Additionally, it reinforced the value of kindness in my life, reminding me that being kind doesn't mean being taken advantage of. Barry Habib is a genuine guy !!

This is such a great book from a very humble person, with lots of great lessons. I really enjoyed reading it a lot and will probably read it a few more times. Again great job Barry !!

Values we need reminded off…

I enjoyed the book for the most part. The values are what’s being lost in a “give me” society. It was a little self-righteous a few times but I think his intention were in the right place. I’d recommend it for the reminder of how to get through the hard times.

Inspirational and encouraging with a sincerity and seriousness

I feel this Harry Habib sets an excellent example for those with less advantages being the first generation in the U.S., something I can clearly relate to, and the mindsets of Not getting too comfortable in your career or life, nor becoming negative in difficulties that will arise. I feel this book is great because it articulated various scenarios in which one can overcome challenges in work, and in life by being grateful, and seeing and dealing with the upside. I’ve read and listened to plenty of self help books, but Barry’s is truly inspiring and motivating especially if you are in the Mortgage field looking to grow. More importantly I feel Barry is concise and encouraging when it comes to dealing with anxieties,and fears that are inevitable.

Incredible Book

For years the mortgage industry has been blessed to guided by Barry when it comes to interest rates and economic insight. In this book though, we see a different side of Barry. One where gets very real with us on how he cultivated the many great relationships he has across multiple industries. We also see the driving force behind his ability to overcome challenges. Such a great read. I highly recommend this book.
