Great Information for Women

One of the most common hiccups in a marriage is the loss of passion after having kids. Parents, in general, are exhausted when dealing with newborns and toddlers, and sometimes it is nice to just go to sleep when the child does. This book gives tips on how to avoid this issue, letting you reignite the fire in your marriage. Enjoy.

Important advise!

In this book, I love the acknowledgement that being a Mom and wife is not always easy or even pleasant, which many women judge as not OK.

The author does a wonderful job of removing that stigma and offers sound tips regarding self care, managing chores, and keeping your love life alive.

Great book for new and experienced mom's alike!

So reassuring for a happy marriage

Me and my husband are starting a family soon so I'm trying to educate myself as much as possible on all aspects of pregnancy and post pregnancy. It's so important to make sure your marriage doesn't suffer after the miracle of childbirth. What I love about this audiobook is how each chapter focuses on a different aspect. From signs of marital discomfort to staying lovers whilst raising your kids and how to be more mindful of yourself and your family, it has you covered. The author is clearly very passionate and knowledgable and the narrator has lots of energy. Great book!

Wonderful Perspective on Balance

As a busy mom of three kids, I LOVED THIS BOOK. Every decision we make with our limited amount of time affects other decisions. So, making the choice to try to be a “supermom” affects my ability to be a super, loving, and supportive wife. The author helps me, as the listener, put these choices into perspective. I think that being in a satisfying relationship with my husband actually makes me a better mom, but it takes planning and I think the author offers solid suggestions on helping this balance.

Very well written and full of great advice!

This is one of those books where you don't know you need it until it's either too late or you don't know what's missing. My wife and I got this book early, meaning after having our 3 boys and before we went down the rabbit hole to far. This book is full of helpful advice, great stories, lots of lessons to practice and learn together. Super helpful and could very well be a marriage saver for people that get mired down in being everything for their kids.
