Lovely Romance Novella
I received this book in exchange for my honest review.
This is the first book I've read by Tetreault, and I thought it was a lovely novella. The story of a marriage that seems to be in trouble, but sometimes things aren't always what they appear. This book has it all a little mystery, romance, and Christmas all rolled into a succinct little package. This is an exciting introduction to a new series for me, and I look forward to reading more about these characters in subsequent books in the Nightshade Series.

This is a great short story after book 4. A cute story that is perfect for the holidays. A. Faye Hughes does a great job as always narrating the story! If you haven't listened to the rest of the series I recommend it!

I've not listened to this genre before and I really enjoyed this short story. It was sweet and fun. I'm looking forward to listening to more from Brenda Tetreault and I think A Faye Hughes did a great job on the narration.

Ambience

Surprising

My favorite couple returns
This is a sweet little holiday story. Roman and Sabrina are my definite faves in this series. So it was nice to go back and see how they are doing. Roman unknowingly gets into a bit of trouble with his wife. He has a perfect plan on how to get out of it.
I wish there was a bit more to this. I did listen to this on audio. A Faye Hughes is the narrator. She did a good job.

Interesting characters lifted by a great narrator!
While this isn’t a genre I normally listen to, I found myself intrigued and invested in the lives of these characters! I think Roman was my favorite; a well intentioned guy who doesn’t always make the best decisions, much like myself!LOL It was a very entertaining cast of characters brought to life with an incredible performance by A. Faye Hughes! The voices were distinct and nuanced and her enjoyment of the story came through her performance and bolstered an already engaging novella! I would highly recommend this to readers of paranormal romance! Well done!

Cute captivating short story
This is the first book by Brenda Tetreault I have listened to. A lot of story in just under an hour of listening. I enjoyed the main characters and may need to find then in their other books. A definite feel good book for the holidays.
