Fantastic Book!

The story jumped around a bit and took me a bit to follow what was going on. This is probably because I haven't read books 1-3. The characters were interesting with lots of drama.
The narrator did a fantastic job with the voices. It was very easy to tell when she switched which character it was.
Overall great book.

Another steamy winner!

I love the Nightshade novels and this one did not disappoint! The drama, the love stories, the humor, all there. When’s the next one?

Another great book!

I have listened to and enjoyed every book in this series. I love being introduced to characters in one book and then getting to know them better in the next book. This is a series that must be listened to in order. There is not a lot of background information from the previous books in each subsequent book.

The narrator of this book is so talented. The accents are distinct and authentic.

I'll definitely look for more from this author and narrator in the future.

The narrative was excellent! I was involved with the characters, their passion and trials almost as soon as the book started. I was impressed by the quick and sure changes of accents. They were repeated consistently throughout the narrative, and I had no doubt who the characters were.
Two criticisms - There was no refresher to remind returning readers and sum up for newcomers where characters were at in this installment, so I was at a disadvantage by coming in to the fourth book. I will need to go back to book 1 to catch up on the storyline. Second, a lengthier pause between the change of character scenarios would have been helpful. The changes continually caught me by surprise.
Overall I was very drawn into the book and enjoyed it very much. I look forward to more! I’m going to go to book 1 as soon as possible to catch up!

Awesome Story! Awesome Listen!

Brenda Tetreault is an incredible author. She is responsible for drawing me into the genre of paranormal romance with her Nightshade series. I love her writing style, and found Fated to be a wonderful story that features Gideon and Gianna, plus it has cameo appearances of other characters that I have fallen in love with. A. Faye Hughes performs the book magically. She brings the characters to life with distinguishable voices. This book has some unpredictable twists, great humor, steamy scenes, and updates on other characters that only add to this book. This book is both a standalone listen and part of the Nightshade series. I highly recommend both.

Kind of miss old narrator

this one was good but I was accustomed to the original. This book didn't spend as much time on the MC's as she could have, but with so many sub plots and other couples vying for attention it would need to be twice the size to do everything justice. So far it's been a great series. I am just about to start on Bonded the next book, but I will have to read the old fashioned way as it is not on Audible yet

This couple was another favorite! Steamy love scenes and the narrator in this book is amazing! Loved all her accents! Can't wait to see whats next!!!

Interesting book! I wish I had been able to listen to books 1-3 first, but despite coming into the series Later I enjoyed the story line and characters. The details and story were captivating. Loved the narration, especially how everyone had a different feel, be it gritty, soft, classy or stern. Every character was brought to life with their own texture and tone by the amazing A. Faye Hughes.... I would definitely recommend Fated, though I suggest you listen to books 1-3 first!

Having been an avid fan of Brenda's since the start of the Nightshade I have to say it still carries on. Brenda has made up fall for the characters and their lives. I cant wait for the next book. The narrator that was chosen was fantastic. I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone who enjoys paranormal romance.
