Your ability to learn is malleable!
This guy is a genius. I have not yet completed the book, but I've had a major interest in learning and memory since college and probably before. I first hear an intro to him on a mel robbins podcast and I was so impressed I looked up this book. I'm recovering from a big biologic cascade that affected my ability to learn as I was chronically in a sympathetic state due to various health problems whixh I later found out impacts your ability to convert things to long term memory. This impacted my ability to learn and remember as I stayed in a very sickly state for some time. Whereas I'm still recovering, the impact of my schedule going around my body and how well it functions, I lost a lot of ability to move forward. Chronic illness a lot of times makes you feel stick. What this book can offer is fantastic different perspectives and paths to improving your brains ability to function. Can't wait to finish.

Great tools
Great tools not just wishful thinking. I bought the physical book to study and reinforce what I learned by listening. I listen while walking, jogging or doing yard work. I am a life long learner and have read many improvement books, this book has many tools for today’s world.
