ONLY BUY IF YOU HEAD A HUGE COMPANY

I got this to give me advice on how to manage, organize, and run my small scale manufacturing company. However this book is nothing but full of fancy acronyms that translate to complicated terms which ultimately could have been said in half the syllables. This book is for COO’s who want to use big words and confuse their peers. It talks about software development, firing people to reduce waste, hiring consultants to run constant analytics on each side of the product, and uses the word LEAN once every 5 words. Might’ve been decent but doesn’t apply to my scale whatsoever.
