Good and solid advice

This is a book I am going to read several times. Providing an abundance of references to relevant literature, and being able to gather it all together into a very interesting and relevant book for everyone who works in the field of innovation and rapid development. This book is also well suited for different management levels and includes good examples of top practices. If you've wondered how some of these concepts work together at an enterprise level, then this book does an amazing job of describing that.

Great inspiration and a lot to think about

Lean start-up thinking applied to Enterprise IT. An essential read for anyone interested in Digital Transformation and why culture re-engineering matters as much as technology deployment. Harry Altman makes a convincing case how IT becomes an integral part of the value chain rather than a cost center. If not IT-driven any organisation will lose its ability adapt to accelerating change, and hence lose its competitiveness. Highly recommended.

Clear and concise

Found it very useful to become acclimated to the terminology of lean. The narration was clear and well paced. I think for beginners it is a nice easy to understand, concise introduction and works well as a quick reference. I would recommend the book to people who need to understand the basics of Lean but have not had a chance or resources to take an in depth course yet.

poor information

This book repeated information over and over. no real information was given. I would advise against buying.
