I love these short bedtime guided meditations

I love these short bedtime guided meditations. They put my kids to sleep every night. They are slow and relaxing with meditative background music. The female voice asks the kids to imagine a path through a forest, or a walk along a beach, or other peaceful scenes. There is always a "worry place" along the way for them to let go of their worries and leave them behind as they walk along the path. It works every time. It almost works on me when I'm in the room.

Calm and nice music

I have been been listening to this every night and is very helpful to get me to sleep. Calm and nice music in the background. Five stars i recommend it for anyone who has sleeping problems.

Very grounded imagery

We've been listening to these for years. My kids love them so much- they're relaxing and interesting at the same time. Very grounded imagery with beautiful background music. We've tried a LOT of different meditations for kids and these are by far the best.

More positive

Initially, my kids didn't get this. After a few tries, they now look forward to the story and it stops one chatting and keeping the other awake.

Help my daughter relax

I bought this book for my daughter when I realized that the app played all night or until I turn it off. This is three individual stories that help my daughter relax and sleep when she's wired at bedtime. We probably listen 4 times a week. I always end up asleep too.

Works wonders

It was so hopeful,

It was so hopeful, but the idea of floating up and out of a window on a magical floating bed that flies high above the sky did not sit well with my already anxious boy. He kept saying he was scared and that he didn't want to be alone on the beach, space, ect has the stories unfolded. I would tell him to imagine us being there with him, but he kept saying that isn't what the lady said to do. Sigh. So maybe not the best pick for highly anxious, type A, concrete kids. The music too during the end of the first story had this very annoying tone to it almost like an alarm.

My kids love it

My kids love it and ask for it weekly! the journey is nice and I really like that there are three on this track so it helps them on harder nights too.

This is so good

.This is so good. My reluctant to sleep children are happy to listen to this and are asleep before the end of the chosen track. Each of the 3 tracks are just over 15min and are amazingly effective. Christiane has a soothing voice that I could listen to for hours, if I didn't also fall asleep!
