The saga continues

Would you listen to 39 Clues: Cahills vs. Vespers again? Why?

Yes....because the remainder or the series is so SLOW in coming.

What other book might you compare 39 Clues: Cahills vs. Vespers to and why?

The first series (on steroids)

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It just makes me (us actually....my two 7 year olds and my 9 year old)....want more

Any additional comments?

We love this series and as homeschoolers have learned much(mom included) about history and famous figures worldwide. A must listen for kids of all ages (again, mom included). I'm so hooked that I tend to keep listening while my kids are in some class or activity. I just have to remember to use the bookmark feature. I've gotten grounded several times by my children....they take the iPad into the next class they go to.

Plot gets thicker....

Would you listen to 39 Clues: Cahills vs. Vespers again? Why?

There is so much going on in the story that it when you listen to the other books in the series it will make you come back and wonder how they came to those conclusions.

What other book might you compare 39 Clues: Cahills vs. Vespers to and why?

Book 8 in the 39 clues series is comparable to this book in the way certain elements interfered with the progress of the cahills. This gives this new series a tie in with the previous series.

What does David Pittu bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

He brings emotions to play into the story as its being read. His tone is not that of someone reading lazily. he makes you want to know what is going to happen next and make you re-listen to part to understand other parts that have come up.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It made want to get the next book in the series to see where it would lead the cahill team next.

He is a really good orator.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yeah, because it was packed with endless action.

Any additional comments?

Jonah Wizard could totally be a pop star.

A great story for all ages. The saga continues and is only getting better. It is a shame that the wait between installments is so long. Great, fuin read for all.

So good

We love to listen to every book in this series, but can someone please introduce the narrator to the proper pronunciation of the word familiar? Hint, it isn't FURmiliar.

39 Clues Cahills vs Vespers

Where does 39 Clues: Cahills vs. Vespers rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

It's a great story for those who like young adult stories. It is very engaging.

What was one of the most memorable moments of 39 Clues: Cahills vs. Vespers?

When they were in the tunnels under the Colloseum. I thought is was exciting and had an interesting twist.

Which character – as performed by David Pittu – was your favorite?

I love all his voices, you tend to forget it is only one person acting out the story. I like the way he does Nellie and I like the voice of Cousin Natalie.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I have laughed a couple of times when Dan is interacting with his cousins. He is funny to me although in this series he is more serious and dark then he was before.

Death ☠️ is bad

It’s a great book but I don’t like how Amy and Dan become criminals and I don’t like how the Trapeze artist died

Wonderful returning to this series, and wonderful to listen to it read

Netflix or an independent studio have got to pick up this series.
I adore this series and am so happy to have found the books here on Audible. David Pittu reads these books well, even if I only heard him reading a sample of Vespers Rising and all of this book. He puts such a good performance into all the characters, getting their accents and personalities in his narration. Lovely, so, so lovely.
