good combo for beginners

i only chose this bundle because it gives me a cookbook. i like to listen to recipes being narrated to me so i can visualize it before i actually make the dish. i like that the author provides a free PDF of the recipes too so i can keep a copy in the kitchen.

the guidebook is like most guidebook out there, not anything special but it is packed with a lot a lot of scientific facts so i trust the health benefits i will be getting out of it. they just keep getting drummed into my brain, i guess it's true that repetition is the best solution to understanding.

i will recommend this to anyone who is a beginner and would like to try a plant-based diet. it's a great way to save the planet whilst keeping yourself active and healthy. so why not?

this is an honest review in exchange for a free download of this book and i'm quite happy with my decision.

Informative book!

This is a great resource to get a crash course. I've learned a lot about the scientific basis of such a diet by listening to this book, which has been helpful in building up the knowledge I need to consider before making a lifestyle shift.

Get this book if you're interested in changing your diet to one which is healthier and more environmentally friendly.

Insightful and convincing

This book is great for beginners looking to understand a holistic view of the plant-based diet. It's convincing without being too pushy, and clearly outlines its differences from other diets as well as its benefits.

Helpful to move to a plant based diet

I've been exploring moving to a more plant based lifestyle for awhile. Been searching around for help and I found this little audio book from a friend's recommendation - I managed to receive a free copy of this book to leave an honest review.

It's convenient because I can listen on the go, and it helps me make baby steps towards moving completely to a plant based lifestyle! Recommend for anyone else trying to move to a plant based lifestyle too.

Full of information!

i'm happy to have downloaded this book. It clearly explains the what it takes to go plant-based and prepares me to make a choice for myself without being forced by strict rules and food restriction. The principles are all pretty easy to follow and Alyani has even shared some very useful secrets to eating which is what I'm most worried about whenever it comes to following a new diet and lifestyle. I would recommend to any beginner who wants an organized and step-by-step book to change their lifestyle into one that is more earth-friendly and more plant-based. I have received a free download to write an honest review.
