This is nice

I have never been one that is creative in the kitchen. This was one of the main reasons I purchaseD this cookbook. I love my insta pot but needed more ideas. I love the recipes and the variety of options that this cookbook comes with. Recently for the Super Bowl I made the buffalo chicken wings with cheese dip and the Dijon deviled eggs. They were both a huge hit. I was even asked for the recipe. This cookbook has helped our evening dinners and get together‘s more exciting to the pallet. It’s very easy to follow and is broken down by category. For example, meat, brunch, and dessert. You definitely have to try these recipes.

Great cookbook

My husband and I have each lost about 10 lbs. doing "healthy" KETO. I have been reading lots of KETO books and recipes and watching You Tube videos. Emmet gives you the information you need to know plus tips that have worked for her. She is very funny and readable (and you know diet books are not that exciting). Well done!

Cool! I really liked this book because I FINALLY found an author who basically gives me permission to shop at regular grocery stores! I was so discouraged reading other keto books because of the extreme focus on how "pure" the food must be. With a husband and five children I simply cannot afford to shop at the boutique markets. Very easy to understand and fun to read. I highly recommend this book. Ketogenic Diet Guide is amazing!

NICE

I received the Kindle version before the release of the paper book, and I’m cooking my way through all the recipes already! So far I made Ropa Vieja, Ground Beef Shawarma, 3-2-2-1 Texas Chili, Pork Carnitas, and corned beef and cabbage. Everything was easy to make and delicious. There is also a very supportive group on Facebook if you have questions about any of the recipes called “Two Sleevers International Recipes (Instant Pot, Air Fryers, and More)”
