Informational

This was a very informative book. I didn’t care for the performance, but that’s just me. I have been living a keto lifestyle for over a year and a half now. I’ve lost 66 pounds and feel amazing. It is my lifestyle now, not a diet.

Nothing wrong with it

I liked this book. I think there were a few really good chapters about how it applies to women. The rest was more or less standard about the keto diet itself, although these chapters were still just as useful.

Valerie did amazing

She's done an amazing job of putting these chapters about the keto diet together, and adding a few about women in particular, whose bodies are definitely built differently.
