Great guide!

Overall I felt like this was a great guide with very useful and applicable tips. If your looking for somthing that goes deeper into the subjects being talked about this isn't it as it's more of a rapid fire tips guide. That being said I definitely learned some new techniques and walked away with a better understanding.

Lots of repeat info/Dated 2019/AWFUL narration!

While there are some useful tidbits for athletes in this book, from a sport psychology standpoint a lot is already in print, and duplicated in MANY books if you read this kind of thing. MMA tips are rather obvious and much of the beginning narration and often throughout is as if he is talking to a child. Rather annoying. Not the best book I've read on these topic. Not the worst either. Just ok.
