Intense!!!

Couldn't stop listening... would lay awake for hours at night. Waking in the morning, worried about how Chyna and Ariel were going to make it to the other side of all of this! Amazing and intensely thrilling!!!

Pronunciation was a problem for me.

I love the story. The narrator had a pronunciation problem that bothered me. The word certain was pronounced without the t. As well as any word ending in “ten” or “tin”.

Monotone! even when the book reached a high point or an exciting point her voice did not change I fell asleep several times listening to this and I shouldn't have because it's a really good book but because the narrator was poorly chosen it did not do the book Justice 0

Very Intense

This is a great story of overcoming fear and incredible violence. There’s a lot to love about the story and how it keeps the you on the edge of your seat with its tension.

Suspenseful

Awesome book very suspenseful! Hard to put down because I wanted to know how it ended.

Heart stopping action

This was a really great read. It has been a long time since I have cheered so hard for a heroine. Frankie, while giving a good performance, mispronounced so many words that I was distracted. She dropped almost all of her Ts in words like certain became cer ain, mountain became moun ain, etc. In addition, the word andiron was repeatedly pronounced andy ron.
If you can stop listening for the mispronunciations, you will enjoy the book
