Nonverbal communication
Nonverbal communication makes up most of what we broadcast to others. It’s actually more important than the actual words that we say. Learning to understand and use nonverbals such as speech intonation is key!

Seeing the small is insight
Lao Tzu is right! If you can observe correctly, you will be able to know things that others don’t. This book is great at increasing your own observational skills to give you a leg up in social situations.

These techniques work wonders
These techniques are very powerful, if used correctly. I started learning how to analyze people after reading this book and it has helped me out in some social contexts to really understand what people are saying between the lines.
