A book that puts its money where’ its mouth is!

Not only does this book tell you how much memory you can retain but it tells you where in the brain you retain it how to retain it and then test you on what they taught you so far. This is a great book not to mention the Narita sounds really cute and does a great job. I really had trouble with the word you had to put with the number and when it got to 10 words it was really hard and I never did it in time but the rest I did word association like they said and it was easy. I’m sure head I practice more I would’ve gotten it. If you have a bad memory get this book don’t say you do it later you might forget LOL!

Short and Brief Introduction

The book introduces how memory is formed and stored. Then, in the second chapter, it starts introducing different techniques to improve memory: environment, diet, lifestyles, etc.
This book does provide general information for memory improvement, and it provides some memory games for readers to practice.

Pros:
1. Short. This book is really short, so it is easy to finish the book.
2. Practice. The author put some memory games for readers to practice.
3. The narrator speaks clear.

Cons:
1. No detail or strong scientific information. This book lists different principles or techniques to improve memory.
However, the detail information (eg. Original group/ publication)
2. Limited new info. The book is really short, especially there are some chapters are memory games.
I think it's only 1/3-1/2 are the information.
3. Audible is not the best format for this book. Few chapters are memory games. I don't think Audible is the best format for memory games. Btw, I cannot find the website (mymemorytool.com ?)mention in the book. Maybe it should be listed on the book introduction directly.
