Loved it!

I loved this book so much! I remember living out of my hometown away from my family and struggling to make friends. And today, even though I am back in my hometown, I am a single mom who has to work to provide for her kid and it is soooo hard to find my place in people’s lives or friends who fit in with my current situation. And good reminder to keep an open mind when I may be the one at fault in a relationship going sour.

A lot of wisdom and relatability

This book is so helpful for navigating friendships and the hard parts that no one else really talks about. I love the blend of personal stories along with the wisdom they share. It’s really challenged me to face my own insecurities with friends and to give extra grace.

Very Inspirational! So encouraging!

The authors were humble, funny and encouraging. My best friend decided that we should both read this book while she was in Israel far a couple of weeks. She is that friend I waited so long to have! I told her she could never break up with me nor would I breakup with her. Thank you both for bearing your souls so that your listeners can feel normal. Thank you for saying that it is okay for things or mistakes to happen.
P.S. If I ever have a farm, I would totally steal all your farm animal names!

I was absolutely connecting with the friendship side of this book, but if you are any other region or not religious at all, it is heavily “God”.

Chosen purely from curiosity

I’m a leader in my church and I wanted to find a book to go through with some ladies in my area but didn’t want to suggest a book I was unsure about. So I gave it a chance. Come to find out it was exactly what I needed to hear both in my own season of life but also in this season of my friendships. With the wide variety of where women are at this was that reminder that yes seasons matter but effort, time, and communication matter too. Which I knew but the reminder was welcome.
I enjoyed the back and forth with Jess and Amy they both provided their own way of telling their part of the story.
