Ingiuriare reputazione! La bestemmia o blasfemia è una locuzione con contenuti dissacranti e svalutanti verso Dio, verso i santi, o più in generale verso quanto appartiene al mondo di Dio.
Non lo so quale è il paese del mondo dove si bestemmia di più? Sicuramente l’Italia è un campione. Penso che può avere anche il primo posto. Interessante che in Italia esiste la legge contro le bestemmie.
Art 7241 “Chiunque pubblicamente bestemmia, con invettive o parole oltraggiose, contro la Divinità (o i Simboli o le Persone venerati nella religione dello Stato) è punito con la sanzione amministrativa pecuniaria da cinquantuno euro a trecentonove euro. La stessa sanzione si applica a chi compie qualsiasi pubblica manifestazione oltraggiosa verso i defunti”2.
Lo stato potrebbe avere un buon, cosa dico buonissimo business. Dare le multe a tutti che bestemmiano. Ogni bestemmia 51€ minimo, si può arrivare anche a 309 €. Sono un po’ stupito che lo stato ancora non ha sfruttato questa possibilità del guadagno facile.
