simple but insightful
This book was great not very long but really helpful in a world where it can be hard to find happiness. the concepts are not mind blowing however the book provides simple actions you can focus on one at a time to improve your overall mood. if you struggle with being Happy I would definitely suggest reading this book.

We know the Ten Commandments, but Pastor Lucado highlights the instruction s given to us in the One Another statements found in the New Testament. Some are simple like greet to challenging.... but while we pay attention to life together with God and others. Happiness Happens.
