Great storyline. Enjoyed it, and loved seeing how the Lord worked in a through each of the characters. Would love a sequel!

Awesome book

Loved the characters. The reader voice was way different from the reader in Faithful and Cherished, that it took a while to adjust to it. But she also did a good job.

Great Reminder

Although, personally, I was not impressed with the narrator (though I’m sure she’s a better candidate than myself), I thoroughly enjoyed this novel. It brought back memories of gatherings at your grandmother’s, going to her church, and family dynamics (even when it’s not pretty). To me, the author did a phenomenal job sharing the different facets of Christianity (being challenged in our faith at times, but counting on scriptures for the vast promises of God; Christian walks at different maturity levels; the power of prayer and humbling one’s self). I would recommend this book to others...can’t wait what my Book Club Ladies have to say about this one...

Wonderful & relatable

I really enjoyed listening to Hope Springs, I was so captivated by the story that I listened to it in one sitting. I laughed, I cried, and experienced an array of emotions while reading. Being from a small southern town, I appreciated the back drop being a place that I could relate to, a place so small that before you get home, everyone knows something lol.

The torn relationship between Grandma Geri and her daughter Gwen was handled very well, I semi-expected it to be an unrealistic ending but I'm so glad Kim ended it the way she did as it's much more relatable/realistic, especially with the amount of hurt Gwen experienced at the hand of her parents and the Andersons. Janelle and Sarah Anne were the characters I liked the most, their stories were written beautifully and I was cheering on Sarah Ann and how she stepped into leading/facilitating the women's bible study at the diner and was amen'ing with her at the end when she reminded everybody who the Church actually belongs to!

Will definitely be pre-ordering Kim's other upcoming books on audible.
