Well written, well read — worth many listens.
If you have the slightest interest in polar regions and nautical exploration you can learn a lot from this. Shackleston’s leadership qualities are contagious and the reader will invariably be affected.

Awe-inspiring and beautifully read.
I’ve been on a year of shipwreck audiobooks. First the Wager, then Mutiny on the Bounty, and now Endurance. It’s shorter than the others, but also the only one to have drawn tears from my eyes. Beautiful and terrifying.
