The format from Audible is a single monolithic file - useless for tailoring a practice as intended. Buy the CD, rip it into seperate tracks. The publishers did no one any favors formatting this work as they did.
Shiva Rea gently guides you through several asanas, linking breath with movement, in an easy to navigate format. I discovered this cd (which comes with a visual guide) after practicing for one year and have utilized it in my home practice ever since. IF you are unfamiliar with the basic vinyasa flow asanas, not having the visual will be extremely challenging to you. Recommended for a solid beginner (exposure to vinyasa flow style and some sanskrit terms) and well beyond.
I bought the CD so I could have the poster showing the poses, as well as being able to choose my own yoga practice for the day since each track is separated. The only reason I would recommend downloading it from Audible is to see if you like the style before you commit to purchasing the CD.
love this book, really nice speed and all options included, harder than i thought it would be for an audiobook, great for travel, nice music in the background, shivas awesome! recommend for sure x
