This is a very quick and enjoyable listen with some good ideas BUT most tenets about this plan are not available because the accompanying stretching images, recipes, shopping lists are not available when you buy the audiobook. I emailed audibles but haven't received notice that the pdf is available. You will need the .pdf to make use and actually know the recipes for this plan.
No PDF! I bought this book mainly because it says it comes with a pdf of recipes, meal plan, shopping list, equipment and exercises but it does not. I don't see the point of listening to the book if the meal plan is not included :/

This is a great, short, read. It breaks down the science of the human body in ways that aren't too complicated or hard to understand. As for the recipes and stretches, I can't comment on them yet as I have yet to try any, but I am very inspired and can't wait!
This book has answered questions that has challenged me for a long time. How my body works in relation to weight loss. Opening up understanding in areas I had not considered before. This info has left me very hopeful, AJB
No pdf as stated in the book. How much broth and how often do we drink it? Lots to learn but I found I had to listen carefully as they seem to jump around a bit.

I liked the Narrators voice, it was like talking to a girl friend
I wanted to give it a five stars but Elizabeth's voice sounds like a robot, thank god she didn't do much talking.
My only other REAL complaint was I had to personally contact the publishers at Simon & Schuster to get the pdf made available to Audible!
I think after I did all the work maybe I should get the book for FREE! Not even so much as a email saying thank you after I forwarded the information that the publisher sent to me telling me it would be available soon.
