Very Informative

I enjoyed listening to the various studies performed and scientific facts. This book explains certain things we thought we understood and things we know nothing about.

Simple is good!

There can't be a more simple way to become improve your body composition, make a woman climax like she never has before, and have me transform into an X-Men! I couldn't put it down until I was finished. And now I'm ready to go!

Tim Ferriss is a cool cat

Where does The 4-Hour Body rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

It's good!

What was one of the most memorable moments of The 4-Hour Body?

The idea of least effective dosage. This can apply to working out, eating... life in general.

Any additional comments?

This is a short listen and I recommend it. I also am reading the Four Hour Work Week. I won't follow his suggested diet plan exactly as stated, but it's a good place to start.

l loved it but wish l had the physical book too

I really liked the book as a whole..great advice, well researched topics and excellent insights but l still didn't completely comprehend all the audio version terminology especially in the supplementation section l had to look up everything he was talking about to get spelling understanding of the different supplementation guidelines and l really think it's an audiobook you should have the physical book to get the most out of.

Surprising informative

I have struggled with my body since high school. I have tried many different diets with no effects. The information in this book seems to be different than any other diet program I have heard or tired. I am encouraged to make a real difference with the way I use my body after reading this book.
