Most of us know we own too much stuff. We feel the weight and burden of our clutter, and we tire of cleaning and managing and organizing. While excess consumption leads to bigger houses, faster cars, fancier technology, and cluttered homes, it never brings happiness. Rather, it results in a desire for more. It redirects our greatest passions to things that can never fulfill, and it distracts us from the very lives we wish we were living. But it doesn't have to be this way.

EXCELLENTLY STATED! To the point and perfect length!
What a kick in the teeth for those of us that have willfully been sugar addicted for years... this info that Bill puts out there is not only factual, but put straight to the point, perfect amt of time to listen, easy to listen to though seemingly scary to hear these truths, Bill puts the changes we could make to allow the transition from the addictions very applicable! He also truly lays out the hidden truth about where sugar is really hiding ! Recommend this book for those who need the hard truth about sugar looking for applicable changes!! Thank you Bill!!

Eh.
A little disappointed. Very controversial when he talks about kicking the sugar habit and sugar is sugar but still recommends complex carbs and grains. I won't be recommending this book in my Correct Keto Lifestyle Program. bit.ly/correctketo

Short but convincing
This book is short but its arguments are quite convincing. I like the way it feels like the author is speaking directly to the reader/listener. Read this if you want a short quickstart to quitting sugar. I suspect I'll need to listen to other books on the topic too for further information and motivation, but this was a good start.

Straight to the point
A great reminder of the danger of sugar and its negative effects on our health. Always good to remind everyone about eating mostly whole food and reading labels of food and drinks we purchase.

Informative
This book is very educating and informative. The reader sounds like a robot and therefore a little distracting at first. I still gave it an overall five in hopes that more people will read it and gain a conviction to quit sugar.

Very informative....I loved it!
Loved all the facts and information. I really loved the encouragement to be able to “quit” sugar. It’s seems like a big mountain to climb but with this information it seems wrong to not want this for my health.
Thank you.

Good Information
The information provided was good. However, I was hoping for a website or a support group for these “sugar haters” as he mentioned in the book. I would like to become a sugar hater. I liked that he provided alternative foods. I also liked how he explained that going cold turkey is not a good idea. Some people (including myself) are always looking for that “magic bullet” and not comprehending that to beat any addiction or negative behavior, requires hard work from ourselves.
