Whenever I get a three-book set, I expect all the books to at least relate to each other. This set not only does that, but they work great together, because getting a great massage will lead to having a happy, healthy body, and also gives you more energy because you aren't feeling sore all the time.
These books, however, are also each great in its own way. The massage book has lots of different ways for you to give someone else a massage and they can also give you one back, as well. The health book is great overall, because it covers both diet and health, which includes both physical health and mental health. Finally, there's the energy book, which has a lot of great tips to keep you energized throughout the day, whether you need at work or outside of work.
I would highly recommend this whole set to everyone who finds that they're not feeling well lots of times and are wondering why.
This 3-in-1 book combines the best ways to manage pain with a survey of massage therapy - in itself a major pain management technique - and a comprehensive book on how to maximize your all-around health, which also can have a major impact on pain levels. I listened to it, a little at a time, as I was getting ready to go to bed, often finding something practical I could apply right then.
I appreciate the many massage techniques and am especially grateful for the practical how-to links that help me to be confident that I'm exercising them correctly.
While each book can stand on its own, I highly recommend buying this combined set; it's got information you can refer to again and again, absorbing what is appropriate for each health challenge in your life.

I found out a lot of great ways to live healthier and happier from listening to this audio. The massage section was great and filled with easy to implement techniques for giving better massages and the health and energy sections are really superb. I knew a lot of the health ideas already, but it is always good to be reminded and I found out a good amount of things that I am going to implement in my regular life now, such as eating 5 meals per day instead of three, juicing, alkalizing with green drinks and I am going to try and give up caffeine once and for all listening to the energy section. The narrator is great as well! Highly recommended!

Yes I would listen to "Massage Therapy: Health Secrets: and Ultimate Energy" again because it is full of many ideas, strategies, and recipes that can help you live a healthy life with increased energy.
The best way for me to tell about the most memorable moments in this book, is for me to pick something from each of the three books.
From "Massage Therapy" my most favorable moment was when it was explained where and when massage therapy began. "It dates back as far as the existence of ancient China and is still relevant today."
From "Health Secrets" my most favorable moment was the many different recipes and the best foods to eat to keep yourself in good health. The recipe I chose is the "Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie."
Lastly, from "Ultimate Energy" my most favorable moment is how Ace describes that the best way to gain and keep energy during the day, is by making sure to get a good night's sleep. He suggests, "if you are used to falling asleep with the TV on, then maybe you could try listening to a book. The light from the TV could keep you awake."
I have always enjoyed listening to Joshua Mackey narrate Ace McCloud's books because he is always full of excitement. His performance always makes me want to listen more. He is just fun to listen you.
Unfortunately, I could not listen to this book in one sitting. I needed to split it up because the book is four and a half hours long. I listened to it three different times, and I took notes while doing so.

I love this collection of books, they work so perfectly together.
I really enjoyed the book on massage therapy. I have always wanted to understand this area more fully and enjoyed learning about the acupressure and trigger points in the body because I get a lot of tension headaches and so I wanted to learn about the trigger points in the head and neck that can ease the tension and pain.
The other two books about health and energy work hand in hand. They are both packed full of information on how a healthy lifestyle benefits us and steps we can take in life to move towards being healthier, stronger and increase our energy levels. I love all the detailed information about how certain foods and supplements can give you a healthy boost and support you in your busy lifestyle. The guide to energy has some very interesting alternative methods too.
This collection of books are informative and inspiring and has motivated me to consider by diet and lifestyle and the changes I need to make.

I really enjoyed this combination of books and I felt like they really worked well together.
The massage book was a step-by-step guide to full body massage, guiding you through everything you need to know about the skill. I taught my boyfriend what I learned and it has made me a lot less tense.
The health and energy books gave easy to implement tips on how to eat better and change your habits to become healthier, and with that, have more energy. I loved the Mediterranean diet section and now I'm eating delicious foods that are actually improving my life!

Also amazing effect to reduce your fatigue is good sleeping pattern and proper relaxation. Joshua Mackey conducts great performance during very long reading session and keeps your engaging and interested!
I like the chapter about organize your bedroom, choosing the right mattress and nice atmosphere. McCloud suggests different oils that stimulate your mind. I love tea tree, rosemary and sandalwood.
Very valuable is also advice how to use coconut oil for cooking, prepare dressings or even use as a cosmetic. McCloud suggests ultimate guide to diet. The products of our choice should contain whole grain like brown rice, corn and oatmeal.
