I'm halfway through my Body For Life challenge and this book is what I needed. The stories motivated me to push harder and the champions shared solutions to practical problems I was facing. My knowledge came from the first Body For Life book, this book helped me keep my resolve and focus. I've listened to it several times and will as I finish my challenge. I like the changes I'm seeing in my body.
There are some good ideas here but much of the content consists of 'Champion' testimonials and overt plugs for Gold's Gym and Myoplex...Definite waste of my monthly credit...
