Very good book
Especially as a recently diagnosed patient. The narrator is a little breathy sometimes but enthusiastic which keeps it rolling. Take notes, bookmark, highlight because there is plenty that will speak to you within these writings.

Wish I had and knew of all this before
This book has really helped me learned more of my new me. Having be diagnosed with breast cancer one year ago, would go yearly for my mammogram went in thinking ohh well here I go again to get my boobs squezed for my yearly test. Test came back positive on one breast, next I was told there was more, ending up having a DMX ending with radiation. This has been overwhelmingly dramatic for me not knowing how and why this happened. Reading this book i learned a lot and even things I wish I knew before. Today being cancer free I am thankful but more thankful for this book the news and reassurance to know I am not in this alone brings great relief. Ladies we are not to assume it wont happen to us but we can take care it doesnt and if you read this book you will learn. Pink Sisters we love you all. Thank you Dr. Kristi Funk

Enjoyed Thoroughly
As a newly diagnosed member of this club, this audiobook was a great resource to understanding pathology reports and choices of treatments, etc. The author has a good sense of humor and makes learning about this hard topic fun. Thank you for putting together such a great resource!

Kristi has a way of putting a fun & humorous twist on science facts & heavy information that keeps you engaged.
I bought this book because I've seen her present & she's awesome. This narrator does a good job of emulating her style.

I was not worried about breast cancer but this doctors go into inflammation and how it causes problem through out the body. Effecting each person differently. I love her for explaining this. highly recommend this book. very informative

Great info but the Narrator mispronouncing many words and being intensely chipper is annoying.
The book is very informative. I ordered the physical copy so I could easily look up info anytime I want. It’s much easier than using book’s PDF.
