A Great Book

This is a simple book with all great hacks to help one with when unwanted anxiety kick it . The author has made a short and easy to read .With different anxiety or various situations with a step by step strategies I am glad it is straight forward .

Absolute must to listen!

"Hacks To Tame Anxiety" is a quick listen, but so full of common sense and practical advice.
It's designed for anyone and everyone, regardless of age, profession, gender etc. since we all can experience some form of anxiety occasionally.
When I have such moments, I will be getting back to this book and listen to chapters again and again.
I love it that the chapters are broken down in a way where I get information that I need exactly this particular moment, for instance:
Inner Harmony
Food as a pathway to serenity
Quick fix hacks for instant calm
and more.

Short but with helpful information

This is the best audio to understand everything

Anxiety is everywhere and understood but this resource of how to support yourself in order to obtain helpful strategies to really help. I never would have thought of looking elsewhere or how would i rather have things be and work toward a better result will really empower each one of us. Change is within reach but we must follow these instructions and be dedicated to new adaptations. For a one hour audiobook this has been a great experience and i've enjoyed the narrator. With this we can engage in a new routine and use these powerful tools to begin going after our achievable goals.
