Chalk full of classic tangible information

Wish I had found this book when I first began my business. So many classes and books today over emphasize digital and social media and forget human behavior and connection. Marshall talks about media at length but also gets to the heart of the idea that "customers buy from brands and companies they know and trust" and knowing and trusting is not as simple as a glossy image in an algorithm world. Really enjoyable audible read.
